The Scripture For Today! 3rd November 2019 Isaiah 61: 3. To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.” Low mood right now, irritated, moody and tired. Could this be autumn blues. Well I give thank for the day, pray to God and get on with the day. I will not let low moods dictate my day, discourage me, I will live today, and be of good cheer. That’s just a example, a way that one going through, low mood, manages too get through it, passed it and get on with the day, not letting it dictate the day, the mood. Don’t let it get you down, pray, praise and raise above it. You are above and not bellow. Live that way! Ye children of God. We all go through things, that’s like in this world, these things can stress us, and effect our moods, emotions, feelings, moods and attitudes, be it positive or negative. If negative we don’t need, need not allow it to strip us from our cheer, or the day! Meaning keeping on bound in a mood. What one lets be, what on binds, ignores fade, has less of an effect on one. Clime out the depression, oppression, suppression, low mood pit, and put on the garment of prise for the spirit of heaviness. Rejoice and be glad. As this is The day that The Lord had made, do rejoice, rejoice, and be glad in it. Give thanks. Give thanks for life by living it joyful, as some people, actually (plenty) of people don’t have life or the day. Give thanks for your life, for being here, give thanks for the day, and lift of that spirit of heaviness, pray, and praise. Pray, and praise. Give thanks The message don’t let low mood dictate your day, rise and live. Don’t worry or doubt! Trust God to help you out. Focus on praise, instead of the heaviness, the weight,s, the mood, the negative emotion. Don’t allow the spirit of heaviness to win, defeat or conquer YOU, instead do be strong, and courageous, not dishearten, or discouraged. Be victorious, pray, and praise, give thanks, confess Gods word, and believe it, trust God, submit yourself to God, draw near to him. Listen to praise and worship songs, gospel music, testimonies, listen to messages, and encourage yourself with Gods word, and be ye uplifted, be quite, and listen to God. stay in faith, stay strong, focus on God, flow with Jesus, read Gods word, be of good cheer! Do this when you are feeling down, to life of the spirit of heaviness. Don’t allow the spirit of heaviness to weigh you down. Sure YOU may feel heavy, but you don’t have to be heavy, as every invitation invited too, you do not have to attend. In other words YOU do not, need not respond, answer, entertain, dwell on, with the spirit of heaviness. You have options… Praise. So today, if YOU are feeling low, look at the pluses, not the minus, and put of the spirit of heaviness, by putting on the garment of praises. Shalom. The Scripture For Today! 2nd November 2019 Matthew 5 vs 16. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. I know this girl who through out her life, hided. She was shy! She grew not liking or wanting attention. She would do good things, people would talk good of her, see the potential in her, and love what she does. She was like a star without being a celebrity. Every time she hided, God would bring her out. In fact God told her, ” come out the cave”., ” you are a city on a hill”. ” you’re rich”. Affirming words. She listen to what God said, but still was shy, shy, shy and did not like the spot light or attention. She was a poet and she did not even know it, she just liked writing, such so, she tool it upon herself to write encouraging messages from 2008. People commented on them, they were good. She now writes daily, monthly, yearly devotional, has been for some years now. She has a blog, and writes poems that edify people, she has been writing for 11 years on and of now, till date. She enjoys it, it’s her gift, and out let. She ministries to people through her written word, from God. She has her own ministry. She has read her poems, she will start recording them, and she has written spoken word, and eventually, Gods grace will record them, and share it with people, She has even written a few songs, hopefully she will sing them and glorify God. She has been given the writing gift from God, and she is now using it, instead of not using it, leaving it within, and stagnant. She does not hide it, as much any more, she is using it to bless people. Glory be to God. She been told she should write a book, she may. Anyway point being you have a gift, you are anointed and gifted to do, so shine your light, use your gift Be yourself, you are enough, you are made for a purpose, you are not made to hide, you are made to shine. The Scripture for Today! 31st October 2019 Luke 10 vs 39 And she had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet and listened to his teaching. Read the Mary and Martha story Luke 10 vs 38-42. Jesus was welcomed by Martha, Martha had a sister called Mary. She sat at Jesus feet, while Martha was distracted, busy, and anxious, and troubled. She seemed stressed, while Mary seemed to be at a position of rest, calm, receiving from Jesus, receiving the blessing, nutrition, (Jesus presence, and words). Martha was missing out because, she was busy, and distracted. Anxious, and troubled about much. A lot of us are like Martha, no shad, no judgment. Pause and re-evaluate, and realign your self with Jesus, and his word. Sit at his feet, like Mary. Mary did the right thing, what was necessary thing, at that appointed time. She sat at Jesus feet. Questions to be answered by you, pending on the answers, you know what to do. Ask yourself today, are busy, distracted, worried, anxious? Or are you seated at Jesus feet, (doing what is necessary, and right? Are you rising early doing what is supposed to be done or are YOU sleeping and not doing what you are suppose to do? Are you focusing on the right things? The truth, and doing right. Are you focusing on positive or negative. Are you on track or of track. Do you honor your word Or show lack of integrity? Do you worry about unnecessary things? Are you functioning in function instead of dys-functioning? Are you being of good cheer? Are you. Listening to Jesus or self? Are you anxious and troubled about many things? If so sit at Jesus feet. Focus on the right things. Do what is necessary. Do what you are suppose to do. Do what is important first, and be ye blessed. The Scripture For Today! 30th October 2019 Gal 6 vs 8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. Sow to the flesh gain fleshly benefit, sow to the Spirit and gain Spiritual benefits. The decision is yours. Sow to the Spirit and reap that of the spirit, peace, life fruit, function. A better way of living, then sowing to the flash and reap that of the flesh, death, destruction, dysfunction. Gal so today, decide to bask in Gods word, read it, spend time with Gods word, and reap from your spirit, spirit man. It is rather refreshing, it is strengthening, and helps you to live, be happy, and function better, then sowing to your flesh. Do do spiritual disciplines, do read your Bible, and pray, do watch and pray to build yourself up in your most Holy faith, do pray in tongues, do guard your heart, do talk about your faith, do talk about God, and know him personally, do know him and Jesus do listen to God, do read Christian books, listen to gospel music, and praise and worship music, do watch Christian films, do fellowship, do believe, receive, confess Gods word, (the truth). The Scripture For Today! 29th October 2019 Gal 6 vs 9. We can’t allow ourselves to get tired of living the right way. Certainly, each of us will receive [everlasting life] at the proper time, if we don’t give up. Things may be hard, but don’t quite, don’t give up! Rest but don’t faint, God will see you through. Keep the faith. In due season YOU will reap if you faint not. Ask today God today for more grace from God to do. Got a challenge, trail or test, don’t be discouraged, falter or wear a frown, be strong not discouraged, look to God, hold on to a ward from God, and carry on, God will strengthen you. You are not a chicken, you are an Eagle fly. For sure things weigh you down, you become tired and weary. That’s okay, that the human side of you and your soul, weak. However the Spiritual side of you, your Spirit man is strong. So don’t give up! Be discourage, disheartened, defeated. Instead, pray and praise your way out of it, like Paul and Silas did when they were in prison. You can rest, but don’t stay down for long. Be strong, be courageous, and carry on, with God YOU can. Hold on, look to God, don’t jump ship, be strong, and keep the faith, the hope, and the love. Be joyful, prayerful, praiseful, while trusting in God The Father who is in control. Who cares, loves you and will help, support, guide and love you through, God will. Trust him, he is a faithful God. Listen to him and hold on to his word. His word is like what an anchor is to a ship. Gods word is like an anchor, hold on to it, and live life, function and be of good cheer. Live, and be free. The Scripture for Today! 25th October 2019 John 13 vs 34. “I’m giving you a new commandment: Love each other in the same way that I have loved you. Jesus was a teacher amongst many other things. Jesus commanded to love each other as he has loved us. Read John 13 vs 34, today scripture. When you do this, people would know that YOU are his disciples. Flowing, going in Jesus ways. This scripture lets you know that as a Christian YOU have a responsibility to love one another, as Jesus loved you. That means you treat people right, with respect. You pray for people, treat them good, well. You don’t judge them, you accept and love them, you care for them, you help them, you have compassion, you support them, cheer them on, want the best for them, and most of ALL LOVE them, the Biblical Love, read 1st Corinthians 13 vs 4-7. Jesus loved, we should go by how s example, and do the same, love Just like Jesus did, and can do through us, (his sheep) if we let him. Today pray to God and ask him, to teach you to love. The Scripture for Today! 26th October 2019 Psalm 68 vs 5. The God who is in his holy dwelling place is the father of the fatherless and the defender of widows. Today’s scripture is apt for all that are feeling lack. Lack of love, care, attention, those who are lonely, hurting, in pain, morning, grief, sorrow, depressed, unhappy, sad, down, alone, been mistreated. As it lets you know that God the Father is The Father of THE Fatherless, you maybe fatherless God is your father, you maybe a widow God the Father will look after you, and defend. You see, God is ALL things to all people, he does not leave you, or forsake you. He is there for YOU, he cares for you, God is sufficient for you. This is a comforting scripture, today, decide to re read it, believe it, embrace it, treasure it, and hold it dear to your heart. As it is comfort to those who read, know, accept, and receive it. God The Father, is your Heavenly Father, he cares for you, if don’t no one else cares. Be grateful, be thankful, appreciate that, and give thanks today. The Scripture For Today! 23rd October 2019 Mat 5 vs 16. Even so let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. As a Child of God, you where born to SHINE. You were not born to live less than. You are a representative of God, Gods ambassador, made in his image, his likeliness. You are to suppose express, (show) Godliness, his character and nature, people are suppose to see God through YOU. Be it it your daily lives, communications, how YOU treat, relate with people, what you say, (is it good, edifying, gossip, helpful, loving). Decide today, to glorify God in all you do, say, and most of all how you treat people. Remember God loves people, so should you. Therefore learn, if not so already to treat people love, accept, respect, and compassion. Treat people right, you have the grace too. Let your good deeds speak for you, as go forth, and you shine your light and show Gods glory. You are the light of the world, be the light of the world. Let your light shine, arise and shine for Gods glory. Through Christ Jesus you can, don’t hide it shine it, don’t be scared. Be free, be yourself, sparkle, radiate, beem, shine, shine bright, brighter, shine, and show Gods glory. You were made to shine, sparkle, lighten the dark places. So don’t dull your shine, your energy, voltage. Shine brighter, and brighter, and even more brighter, for Gods glory! It is in you, don’t hide it shine it, shine your individual light. Don’t hide it shine it and glorify God daily. Your light is Christ in you, the hope of glory, ye child of God. Allow him to shine, and glorify God. It may seem funny to you, but an apt word, word in season can uplift you, see you through, comfort you dear child of God and of course help you through the day. God can show you the way you should go, but will you listen, listen to his word, and for his word? Would you pay attention to God or self? Have you put your total trust in God? The Scripture For Today! 19th October 2019 John 3 vs 16. God loved the world this way: He gave his only Son so that everyone who believes in him will not die but will have eternal life. God loves you so much. God gave his only Son to die for you. Like a lamb to the slaughter, Jesus die for you. Wow that is deep love. God reconnected us with himself via Jesus dying on The Cross. wow, God loved YOU yes you so much that he allowed his only Son to die for you. Really ponder on that, Gods love for you. He redeemed you through Christ Jesus. Now you are in Gods family, you are his Child, Sons and daughters, elect, chosen, you are his own. God loves you, fare beyond you can even think, more then you know and can think. Gods love is unconditional. It’s not religious, (it’s not about earning it), it’s about accepting his love, and enjoying it. Be grateful for it, give him thanks. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” This scripture is pretty strong within it’s self, what it says. It encourages you without a shadow, or glimmer of doubt to stand strong. This means to not cower or be chicken, be like a lion, don’t retreat, or shy away. Be mighty, be strong. It also tells and encourage you to be courageous, so regardless of opposition, do. Regardless of fear, don’t let that stop, rule, influence, control, or govern you, your decisions, opinion, outlook. Irrespective of that do. Trust God, stand strong, and don’t be discouraged or dismayed. Ignore negative, don’t bow down to it, tassel with it. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children. Wow although written long ago, today’s scripture applies to people to day. We forsake knowledge, the truth, and accept the lies, therefore become bound. Bound in bondage, when all the while The truth is there, Gods word, for the reading. The truth makes you, us free. We need not live like less then, less then what we are, if we like, seek knowledge, embrace it, educate yourself with it, and live by it, Gods word. A lot of people are perishing, because they lack knowledge, ignorant on may say. People perish for lack of knowledge, don’t let that be you, start today to seek knowledge, (Gods truth), and live by it, live more then, rather then less then who you are, royalty, a Son Daughter of The King. Accept Gods words, don’t reject Gods words, focus on The Truth, what God says and ignore the lies.
