The Scripture For Today! 11th November 2019 1st Corinthians 13 vs 4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant Love what a lovely action word. Love does. It is calm, it listens, it comforts, it’s there, it cares, it’s enduring, and it’s warm. This is part of patients, it puts the other person well being first. It does not rush the person, but lets the person be themselves, and accommodates, supports, and be compassionate, and there, and present for the person, love is kind. It cares for the person truly, honestly, and genuinely. For example one may be busy, or want to do something. However they out it aside to listen to the other person, or help the other person, love it is patient and enduring. Love is not puff up, it simply is, it does not need to boast, as love is content. It has what it wants, it does not need to envy, it is not jealous. It’s happy, of good. cheer. Love is okay, it does not need to be arrogant, feel important, love is humble, and wise. Love preservers. It does not throw in the towel, quite or give up on a person, it cares. It’s there. It loves one through.’ Chrissie Today decide to show love, be it sitting down and listening to a lived one, reasoning with them, really hearing their heart, and mind. Helping them, supporting, advising them. Looking after them, really be patient with them, be compassionate, and understanding. If it’s not natural, as God to help you. You have love within your God given heart, show it and radiate God. As God is love by nature, character, and you are God like. Today decide to pray to God, to help you to be more patient, and compassionate. To not be jealous, envious, or boastful, and to not be arrogant.
